Shipping Policy

At Signsbuzz.com, we partner with global manufacturers to produce and ship your custom print-on-demand products. This policy explains our shipping processes, timelines, and what to expect after placing an order.

Production Notice: All items are made-to-order, which means we begin production after you place your order. This ensures the highest quality custom products.

1. Production & Processing Time

  • Standard Production Time: 2-5 business days
  • Peak Seasons: May extend to 7 business days (holidays, sales events)
  • Order Processing: 1 business day for payment verification

Note: Production time begins after payment confirmation from Stripe (typically within minutes but may take up to 24 hours for some transactions).

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with multiple carriers depending on your location:

Note: Carrier selection is automatic based on your location and product type.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Standard Shipping Estimates:

  • UK Orders: 5-10 business days total
  • Europe: 7-14 business days total
  • USA/Canada: 10-18 business days total
  • Rest of World: 14-28 business days total

Important: These are estimates only. Customs processing, weather events, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination
  • Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only
  • Express shipping available for additional fee
  • Multiple items may ship separately from different locations

Payment Processing: Shipping fees are charged through Stripe along with your order total. We cannot modify shipping costs after payment is processed.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate
  • Contact support@signsbuzz.com if tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days

6. International Shipping

  • All prices in GBP (£)
  • Customs fees may apply (customer's responsibility)
  • We cannot declare lower values on packages
  • Some restrictions apply to certain countries

7. Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of ordering
  • Once in production, we cannot modify shipping addresses
  • Incorrect addresses may result in lost packages (non-refundable)

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Contact carrier first with your tracking number
  • If unresolved, email us within 30 days of shipment
  • We may require a police report for stolen package claims
  • Resolutions may include replacement or refund
