Refund & Return Policy

At Signsbuzz.com, we stand behind the quality of our print-on-demand products. Please review this policy carefully as it outlines the terms for returns and refunds.

Important: Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. All sales are final for products that match their product description.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We may accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective Items: Printing errors, manufacturing defects, or damaged goods
  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you received a different product than ordered
  • Size Exchange: Subject to availability (customer pays return shipping)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customer remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color variations (screen vs. print differences)

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@signsbuzz.com within 14 days of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the issue
    • Description of the problem
  2. Approval: We'll respond within 3 business days with instructions if your return is approved
  3. Return Shipment: For approved returns, ship items to our facility within 7 days of approval
  4. Inspection: We'll inspect returned items upon receipt
  5. Resolution: Refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued within 5 business days after inspection

3. Refund Methods

Stripe Payment Processing

All refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • We cannot refund to a different payment method
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partial orders

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we shipped the wrong item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with printing defects:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage/defect
  • We may require return of the item or provide a replacement without return

5. Size Exchanges

For size exchanges (when available):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • New item will be shipped after we receive the returned item
  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Subject to availability of replacement size

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom designs created by the customer
  • Personalized items with names, dates, or custom text
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Digital downloads

7. Processing Time

Please allow:

  • 1-3 business days for return request review
  • 5-10 business days for refund processing after approval
  • 2-3 weeks total time for replacement items to arrive
